As long as the money keeps flowing into the bank, and the properties are being taken care of, there's less of a reason to fly out several times a year to "watch" your investments.If you have any questions for me let me know.

There has to be multiple upsides to me doing a deal where I am watching over something.

I also ANSWER my phone when ever possible even to say I have to call you back. then I do my work out and turn it off about 5 and then watch sports ( 49ers, Giants Warriors are my teams)  then check out BP and other things like aviation sites. ( avid pilot) and then fishing .. like to fish.Stop and smell the roses quarterly  IE take a nice trip somewhere Mexico..

And, if I see him and her posted, I'm likely to go there just to see what was said, who has time to read thousands of posts when you can watch the board and see who is posting to what thread?
