Commercial will usually have higher limits.

A lot of people are completely ok working their 9-5 job and going about their usual routine (which is completely fine).

I put it on zillow which populates trulia and other websites and I usually have 15-30 people show up on the weekend. 

Usually however long it will take you to complete your preservation improvements. 

The cost of repairs / rehab is absolutely outrageous in most cases and  usually does not cover by a small pet deposit. 

Has anyone try  to dispute a Late payment charge on your Credit score? what was your success rate and how did you approach it? 

It's usually up to the buyer to confirm things that are important to them, which is one of the functions of an appraisal and certainly the goal of inspections.

It has always seemed like a high price for something that usually takes under 30 minutes, but I have yet to hear of any company that is notably cheaper.

I don't want to be negative, please take all this with a grain of salt, but just make sure the physical property is in good condition because renters (especially low income/Section 8) tend to beat up properties and when you only have one stream of income, it can crush you.
