Hi everyone,We are in escrow to buy a condo in the Waikoloa Beach resort area on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Our Building Inspector friend recently informed me of a large property with 2 homes (3 units) he has posted as uninhabitable.

I am also a travel healthcare nurse and currently under contract in Hilton head Island South Carolina.

But anything north of Pine Island Road is considered NW.Sanabarbra drive divides cape Coral east and west it runs north and south. 

I am planning to move my family to the Providence Rhode Island area in about 2 years.
