It wouldn't surprise me to see more of this in other metros as well, as local governments get pushback for affordable housing from constituents that feel like they are being priced out.

Its time consuming and hard to scale, you would be surprised how many run down vacant looking properties are actually occupied by people who dont want to sell and you have to track the owners down and find out if they want to sell.
