Hello Everyone,I've looked through the site trying to locate a real estate attorney who deals with wholesale deals in New York but I keep hitting dead ends. 

But we want to "retire and travel" soon and want to be done.

Could also use Airbnb to rent furnished units to traveling nurses.Property is in good neighborhood of quaint town. 

Do you guys have a better site for searches?

Ask realtors that find renters, as rentometer and other sites may not take into consideration local "flavor".

I didn't take a commission of course so add about $9k to this for everyone else.During the almost two years of owning the place I was able to live for free, learn how to be a landlord, buy a 6 plex in Louisville, KY and travel quite a bit more than I had in the past.

Underwriter will not check off on it income is travel nurse income. 13 week contracts, same company for last year and never any trouble getting continued employment.

So it saves time from you have to be on the phone longer answering questions and a sure way to keep your visitor on the site longer.Last but not least you have the footer section.
