I know hands on experience is much more effective than reading about it or listening to it.I'm still not exactly sure what niche I'd like to work in the most. 

However, if you slowly adjust pricing in anticipation of a surge in demand you will experience greater returns.

Does anyone has experience working with "The Lender" to finance a short term rental property?

From my experience, if your rental is priced correctly, is listed on zillow and you are responsive to inquiries with the ability to show the property hiring a real estate agent is not necessary. 

Does anyone have any experience in buying OYO/community apartments?

In my experiences, again from a while ago, while these individuals are technically licensed real estate agents, when I was leasing space for a landlord, I never referred to the tenant reps as agents.  

You can prove the leak is fixed.In my experience with different water companies, they will credit you the leaked water amount.Then, if this is a no go, pay the extra water bill and keep proof that you paid it and why.
