Crime is relevant, but much more important is house specific data, jobs data, location data and management data.Two, ask questions about how a turnkey company or management company if that is not provided is going to deliver the results you are seeing on paper and expecting. 

That could be a good place to search for leads in the form of buyers seeking to purchase their next investment or realtors who may want to work with you to provide financing for their clients.

Why can't you simply escrow the costs of the road repairs with the local government or provide them a letter of credit to accomplish this? 

I understand that I must get a confirmation (or concurrence) from lender that I'll be transferring my personally owned property to an LLC so that it won't trigger a due-on-sale clause when the transferability happen.
