Remember: the worst house hack in town still beats every single family financially.I have been an investor for 15 years and my team works with a lot of house hackers in Milwaukee buying duplxes.

It’ll be obvious that someone was learning how to paint as they went and you’ll have to pay more than a normal paint job would cost to fix it later (if you even can, some painting mistakes can be really hard and expensive to fix). 

Now if I could only learn to admit my errors to my wife....
