We have a very open line of communication with our tenants with regards to requesting maintenance (they can enter a request online via our PM software), and I'd say it's exceedingly rare for us to go more than three months without entering a unit for a maintenance task requested by the tenant.

@Tanner Kier They did help with some things, like building a team and working with them (assigning and delegating certain tasks etc.) which could help when it comes to building a real estate team to work with.

I am looking for someone to do cold calling, some basic data mining (with specific instructions), and other small administrative tasks.
