Hawthorne is nice and could see spill over from the Inglewood demand.  

For us it was a no brainer as it fits into our larger picture of up & down stream businesses.

There is the constant stream of new immigrants as well who are finding it extremely difficult to sustain themselves here after their savings have dried up.

Colleges generally provide a steady stream of tenants, even outside of undergraduates and it sounds like there other things around Savannah creating demand.

This is particularly frustrating as the originally booked nights were blocked out, disrupting our calendar availability and revenue stream.

This property definitely has great potential and multiple revenue streams with it offering wedding services, family reunions etc but in talking with the agent it seems it hasn't been managed well over the last few years and needs someone to come in and breathe new life back into the property.

Think: affordable  off-grid log cabin with mountain and stream views in a quaint small town with close access (15-min) to great arts&culture, transportation, and healthcare.

Now however, following national trends they also have a tighter supply and some demand is spilling over from Durango area w covid/remote work capabilities.
