The best way to find good lawyers, real estate agents, inspectors, PMs ect. is referals from other successful investors.

When I was talking about repairs I was referring to rehab type repairs. 

I already had an agent who was referred to me by a friend that specializes in REI clients. 

The best way you could benefit them would be referring your leads that don't go the wholesale route to them, but to make this effective you may want to partner with a newer agent.

I reference interest rate rises and the associated rent increases as my rationale for my belief.

@Brett HearnI would lower credit score requirement to around 525 or 550 and up income requirement to 3X rent.Low credit score usually isn’t an issue if they don’t have evictions or criminal record and good landlord references.

I would also recommend doing some reasearch on Facebook and calling references, etc to make sure they are as ‘nice’ as they seem.
