I also use an August Smart lock with an additional keypad being Key-less is awesome plus it gives you door status on app so you know when turn over personnel arrives and leaves plus it sincs with online booking platform so your guest always get their keys (app/code) right after booking and if they cancel keys get deactivated automatically.
