I've never seen it happen, but...There are lots of reasons a seller would be open to this including: quick close, work needed that they don't want to do, tax implications, a better alternative to tenants and landlording if they are unable to sell, etc.I have found that it is rare to find a seller willing to finance a full term mortgage but instead are open to 1-5 year carries with balloons.

If you have tenant problems you could have relationship problems.Couple stress points that come to mind in a rehab situation:1 - After a long day of rehab you say something derogatory about the previous owner/maintenance upkeep2 - You go to make a change that will disturb a precious childhood memory3 - You try to rent and she gets defensive about who lives in her house.I should note; I'm not very diplomatic about the things I say to people in my social circle about my tenants.

With seven years in the rearview mirror, and our real estate market looking like it’s considerably healthier, I’ve decided to test the waters again, and hang my real estate license with a local boutique broker here in Southern Utah.Straddling both sides of the 9 to 5 fence - I now find myself working from 4 AM until 1 PM at my day gig, then putting back together the pieces of my long neglected real estate website, and social network until late in the evening.While it’s a long and arduous battle to reestablish contacts… As well as create new ones, I know it’s ultimately worth it.I currently find myself trying to re-establish some high-value reciprocal links for SEO purposes.
