Real estate investors in this area always seem to be looking for good property managers.

@Antonio Actually in Ohio there seems to be more out of state and out of country investors eager to invest in Ohio now because it's a hot market.

The area seems to be a stable economy that is supported by the Air Force Base that is near by as well as some industrial type companies.

I plan to move to the Bothell area (or surrounding areas) near Seattle and it seems like the a great area!

We sign a contract with his LLC company name and everything seem to be in order. 2 months later and the job was never finish, he had hire a street worker that knows basic electrical which I had to help him wire the whole house but he himself never showed up.

You seem to be maximizing that money well.

Bandit signs and yellow letters seem a little overdone in the Jacksonville market.. 

It seems a bit high to me.
