@Jake KnightI do know of companies and individuals that do really well at wholesaling, but it can be difficult to sustain as you have to do it every month, but if you have integrity and do it right, and build a SYSTEM, I have seen it sustained and can be a good model.  

I would like to connect with other individuals in terms Austin area and learn more cool things.My focus right now is wholesale.

The reias are a feel good environment where the uninitiated  are often taken advantage of  by unscrupulous gurus pitching their endorsed expensive  get rich programs in investment real estate.

I think the disconnect is similar to every ones favorite Rich Dad and Poor Dad.  

As a FEW examples: how do you value the individual units so the other person can "buy out" the partner.
