It will be nearly impossible to build any projects in SM going forward and while I understand that development can push out long time residents for a variety of reasons, instead of addressing that issue head on and the other issues that go along with it like poverty, lack of jobs, poor school systems, etc., this overlay simply slapped a dirty used bandage on a gunshot wound.
