I know this is not the answer you are looking but resolve your problem 1st and try to find the way to close the loan.

I have just recently obtained 100k from a refi and have 100k saved up  and wish to start doing flips or something in the real estate investing realm.

I can save 5% towards repair and 5% for capex.

Now-a-days I stay relevant on real estate investing through reading BP posts, writing personal blog posts about my experiences with real estate, and chatting with other investors while we save for our next opportunity.I look forward to seeing more of you around here,Dan
