It takes time to build a reputation, clients, etc.

Otherwise, it’s back to how sales has such an untrustworthy reputation...Let’s face it...

I often go on referrals and deal with people who are well known and reputable.

Can someone definitively with Oregon Statute show me how many mobile or manufactured homes you can sell in a year before you have to have a dealers license?

Hoping to get some guidance on finding reputable homebuilders and small multifamily GCs in the San Antonio area that could build multiple fourplexes (100 Units total). 

Has anybody had any success pulling equity from a manufactured house?

Some that have a great reputation and know the market really well and have results to prove it.
