I’m a fix-and-flip investor, I moved to CT 2 years ago, I would love to get out in the community, and connect & meet like minded people.

Once you get that setup if you want to continue being active I'd buy a new primary every 1-2 years and move around while making your old places into rentals.

I had my dumpster and 1 parking spot for a tenant in the ROW and the investor informed me I had to move them.

We used to be 80/20 in favor of VRBO, then it moved the other way for a year or so.

@Lynette GuyI am thinking of moving on from Evolve (after 6 months of trial).

I am solely here to do some work on the property, meet with the new PM, and to have a sit down with my realtor to discuss possible future moves.   

As an investor you need to find the fringe neighborhoods; the C class < moving towards a B < moving towards A and then buy opportunities.

Also, as Account Closed mentioned, Gold can be very slow moving and transferring can be a bit a job all in its own.
