We have all seen those commercials for Holiday Inn Express.

The holidays are here and I'm not motivated to do much except.... well, ok, I'm not motivated to do anything.

Another day we took the bus to Playa Del Carmon—very relaxing.

We also don't want to relax immigration laws to allow brains (Something we cannot produce any more) to come in.

If doing just 30 day rentals definitely run the numbers as if you get no rentals in the slower seasons outside of winter, spring break, holidays. 

If there is a holiday somewhere in the time frame, 10 days is often accepted.  

I'm now comfortable relaxing some of my metrics in order to get into a property because it's doubtful we'll see lower interest rates any time in the next couple of decades.

Some homeowners may want to sell, but with the holidays they may be putting it off until they have more time to delve in.

I buy cigars every once in a while and i will enjoy it while i look over my statements from my PM ( it relaxes me - HaHa ). yes not buying Starbucks every day will save you a fortune, but so will cutting out a lot of things.

I would try to relax and let the professsionsls do their job.
