I am looking to do a $400k cash out re-fi, but am having trouble finding a lender due to the commercial aspect.Does anyone know of any lenders or regional banks in the area that you have used in the past that you think may be a good idea?

It is a fast growing region with a good economy and an educated workforce. 

Attorneys are usually willing to give someone a quick phone consult (especially when vulnerable people get bullied).Once you have a clear path forward and know exactly what you need to do, THEN reengage with your adversaries but keep your communications short and formal, and only those required by legal process.
