If I'm out of pocket 55K (worst case) on a $170K property that appraises for $155K, I'm positive equity - sure, i could've got a better deal had i put in a ton more work and done everything myself but i'm not it a position to do that.I guess what I am saying is I understand that the pursuit of a different strategy would likely net a better & quicker result.
