If I am only cash flowing on a property, (purely hypothetical) $200 a month, and my rent is $1000, after a year $2400 cash flow is almost cut in half just by the tenant placement fee.

I only allow the doorbell cameras that are battery powered as they cause minimal drilling during install (they even have one line of camera that doesn't require drilling which is great).

Sends a welcome email as soon the booking is accepted and then sends the pin code based on your settings (I have it set for 1 hour before check-in)you can create a duration pin code (start and end date) remotely from any where in the worlddoes not depend on WIFI to work whatsoeverand it has a "jump start" features so that if it ever runs out of batteries you can still get in the door by placing a 9v battery up to side of the display. no subscription fees!

@Taylor Tomaso you said it's a house hack, which would mean it's your personal residence.Generally my thought has been that if it's your personal residence, it's always a good time to take action and buy.If it's a pure investment (i.e., you're not living there), then I think there's much more of an argument for being thoughtful about whether now is the right time to act or not.It might still be, but I think it's more of a question since there's always the null option (just don't invest).
