As purely investment, it doesn't make as much sense to me as other areas that own (primarily North central MD and South central PA), but.....we ski a lot and would use a ski place 4-5 weekends in the winter (we're about 4 hrs away).

Welfare should be a bare minimum to survive temporarily until you can pick yourself back up and get a job-- not sitting around drinking alcohol and Starbucks all day, watching cable TV on your plasma big screen TV, smoking expensive cigarettes not doing anything while living free in a fully renovated granite countertops nice home.We have a duty to support wounded veterans, the elderly, and those 100% disabled unable to function on their own or live day to day on their own.

You could also cal your local state authority for drinking water and they will have records of the well too, ie department of health.
