Its easy to install, durable, most have a warranty and is less costly to replace if it gets damaged.

It's VERY easy to get a bad policy for a great price.

If your at 15% CoC and 20%+ IRR to your investors, you will have an easy time finding investors, if your numbers are accurate and conservative.
