I have a question.I am an active investor in Mecklenburg County area and am looking into ways to obtain the following leads:Notice of Default/Lis pendantsActive or Dismissed LiensActive or Dismissed Bankruptcies Active Divorce filings with real estate property involved I'd love any guidance on where to look and who to inquire to within Mecklenburg County records.

In Texas, this would involve a recorded deed of trust.

Comparable sales, and market rent for the entire property that is recorded in the MLS.

Court docs appear to show that he is the sole living heir to the owner of record listed on the deed. 

There are companies that don't commit you to monthly subscriptions and allow you to submit as few as 4 records.

Zillow, Redfin, and public records all confirm that.

Set expectations upfront and look for a PM with a track record that owns rentals as well.

Looking for somebody to set up chart of accounts, items, show me how to record a purchase and sale of property, etc. 

Easy task for a title co to pull the deed or any other docs that are recorded at the registry, happy to have my title guys do it or you could try going on the registry's site to download stuff yourself (a small fee per doc), could even go there in person, they're very helpful!
