Hello forum, I was just wondering new and great (not necessarily free) ways to mass market promotions my Brokerage deals with.

I have seen a course but I have not seen or heard of a person say they actually did this except what the course promoter and what you people have stated.

So, as much as we would really like to share what we've built...we do not promote the houses to friends and family.

To add to Charles Parrish post, you should be a little loud about your deals, self promote.

GP's compensation (aka fees and promote):These are tied to the deal's performance as well and are always disclosed in the GP's Investment Offering, and deal's subscriptions documents (PPM and Operating Agreement).  

I suggest they pass out flyers promoting their services.I had a tenant that was able to fix broken windows, I helped him with a flyer, told him to get a nice workmanlike uniform to look professional.

We promote this with all our guests, after they leave.

Low inventor means there are few choices and buyers snap them up quickly.Here in our area, and I suspect many others, evaluating the overall market is the kind of silliness the press and NAR promote.
