Writing this post mostly for newer investors looking to get into Real EstateIt's tempting as a newcomer to fall into things like "off-market" "exclusive" etc. 

Hi, this is my first post and I am in the process of owning my first property! 

Sell it...based on your post if you rent this I can almost 100% guarantee you will feel angst and concern with every tenant.

I'd already given it some thought prior to posting here on BP.

And its not wholesaling :)   And the point of the original post was how the podcasts have changed and for sure the folks running it back then promoted BP not their personal agendas.

But if you do find an actual state chartered lender that will do a land loan please post it here I would be super interested to know who they are.I use Heritage out of Olympia.

i recommend posting more info on the project, the type of lenders you need and what the project is. may get better response
