I've heard you have to be choosey with what you buy, i wanted to buy some heavy machinery and shipping containers this year (which i thought would be relevant), but not sure about a truck or tools.

Aside from that I Honestly recommend partner up with a wholesale Company  ( already established ) Also with buying power.

You’ll also want to get a good pricing tool.

Having said that, it's a great tool and I would never cancel my subscription.

I have all the hustle in the world right now, but looking for the right tools and people, open to any suggestions???

The tool your agent should probably have used is called an escalation clause.
