I have been crunching the numbers on some properties and the numbers just don't seem to add up.I've got estimates from multiple portfolio lenders and they are offering me interest rates in the 7%-8% range.

What can be lender to lender is their portfolio loans.

I have a real estate broker and this is the next logical step to grow my business and my rental portfolio.

I get it; but I can use my same skill set building an investment portfolio and can be compensated directly in line with my execution efforts.

A lot of PMs mistake growing the portfolio for growing the business.

As a 70 years old retired general contractor/developer and a current RE broker, investor and PM with a reasonably good portfolio I have to say that I have lost my zest for massive cash and have resigned myself to passive cash which serves us well at this station in life.A lot of folks love the feeling of building more and more wealth and I applaud that quality.

I have no idea what your portfolio value is so I'm just giving an example and you can work out the LTV based on your actual portfolio.
