Hello BP,I am removing an ugly chain link fence in front of my duplex in North Park and will now need to consider what type of fence to install in its place.Does anyone have any contractors they would recommend to install a small aesthetically pleasing concrete/stucco (other suggestions?)

If you already have a place ready I think it makes sense; if you have to fully furnish one not so much.Two superbowls ago in Santa Clara it was about 10 min from me (my office was actually right across from it) and I considered listing my place but ultimately was kind of late to the game so here are two concrete tips I have for people thinking about going that route:1.

Polish your credit rating so that it will be easier to get a loan.

Just paint the concrete slab..no flooring...lol

This is a good reminder for them that move out is approaching and they have some money they could earn back for good behavior.Unless you have some concrete facts that they aren't moving, try not to stress and just wait.
