Assuming the rents are the same (or pretty close) then the triplex gives you more room to breath.

I would challenge anyone to top the horrible smell at cat urine throughout the house on brand new laminate floors... ya know.. the ones you can barely breathe in, and  can't see where it is,so you have to smell your way to it?   

Just make sure it is someone that lives and breathes real estate. 

Peace of mind is worth more to me than a potential upshot of money at any price.

If there are that many apartments along you can image how difficult it is to run a city peacefully.

Emily Dixon- i must admit your absolutely right with your statement.however, 14 years from now,i'll be 35. maybe starting a family by then. right now in my life it is "LIVE, BREATH, EAT" real estate, and so far it has been starting to finally come together and take off....So im all in personally. if i reach 100 million then great, if i reach 500 million, even better!
