@Spencer Coomer I mean, you can work with whomever you want to of course but you should not be facing any seasoning at all.  90 days...ok, that seems ok since I am rehabbing, etc. but plenty of scenarios and loans that have no seasoning at all.

It's essentially JVing a deal.However, they claim to have over 200 agents (licensed & unlicensed) and have been doing this for 3 years, but their online presence is very poor.

Most of my knowledge, gleaned from online resources, suggests areas like New York or California for properties with high appreciation potential.
