Im a loan officer and deal witht hi quite often.

This building will appraise for around 300k but i got a contract on it for 80k need some financeing. we are useing the building for our office/wharehouse. some help would be nice

This neighborhood is just outside of a picturesque historic city, but is on the other side of the tracks so to speak.

I'd check the county clerk's office and see WHO or WHAT owns it.

We have an office in Pennsylvania, the phone number may have been routed to that office.

That being said... if I was looking for these then I would get friendly with someone down at the city planning office.

If you have a track record the bank might put you onto the deal before having to go through all of the expenses they will incur in foreclosure; banks don't want to own houses.Normal market, obviously but you will have to sift through a lot of properties to get one at a real good price.

Went into the prothonary office and was looking in the locality index.
