I would recommend going with a variety of evergreen and deciduous shrubs as a base then add in some perennials and groundcovers.

There are numerous online companies that offer floor plans, and information pertaining to tiny homes.

Also with the October situation they told me numerous times that a check would be mailed the next day (when it clearly wasn't) so now I have about zero faith when they tell me a check has been or will be mailed.Now this month has rolled around and it's now the 5th, no payment.

Only suitable for a local who owns numerous units like it and knows and understands the demographics and the tenant base..

There are a variety of reasons but the good news is likely to be  on the market in the coming days or weeks.  

Many have all sorts of exceptions for various sorts of signs under a variety of circumstances.  

You should run the numbers with a variety of scenarios- consider your cash reserves, job situation, risk tolerance, 5 year goals, worst case scenario, all that.  

I think you also need to schedule an appointment with this and numerous contractors, and if you don't have enough time to interview them then you don't have enough time to take on this project.
