I think it's important that we all share our excitement and successes as well as our setbacks, as there's a motivational force behind seeing others in our field succeed. 

Actually the document itself doesn't show up in QuickBooks, however when you need to create a document you are sent to MSW to create one and there you add the fields of  your choice to the document. 

I have been a preschool teacher for 8 years, and although I love what I do, there's no retirement or security in that field.

People seem to be willing to rent SF houses for $2600-3200+/mo in these areas, because the taxes return value in the form of local services, schools, safety, etc.I do have to say that there are numerous Bergen county towns with great commutes into NYC.

With high social services paying, and less people working and paying taxes, it will be a while for this city to recover like new Britain, or even close to Southington.I know numerous contractors in the area if you need help.  

So I would like to eventually bring this new purchase to that standard.It turned up during the inspection that one units shower has been leaking behind the tile for years (numerous ineffective repairs made) and there is visible damage to the subfloor under the tub as seen from the crawlspace.  

It's an interesting field to me and I'm excited to get my feet wet.Outside of this newly established real-estate journey, I work a 3-11 at a Honda engine plant, which provides me with stable income to invest with...especially in this low-cost-of-living area in the Mid-West that I reside in. 

Prior to that, the "signed" lease agreement (ours that the PM used) was faxed to us, and the "term" field was left blank.
