The sheer scale of the economies of scale have proven to work really well for us but i appreciate this may not on the surface seem as attractive as no up front contribution but at least you get to keep 100% of returns and are not tied up for any length of time.

With housing and construction costs so high here, these seem like an attractive alternative, if they can actually be shipped in for a sensible cost...and our significant Asian population seems attracted to smaller, more efficient floorplans.
