Frankly, being new to BP's ourselves, it's a little bothersome that no one else has any experience to offer us, positive or negative. 

Some make it a minefield, others make it fairly painless.I wouldn't go with what local landlords say though, there are lots of great people who you discover are slumlords, and the experience they have with the housing department is extremely negative.

The main negative was lack of bank synchronizing for transactions like QB.

I am not yet discouraged, but as I read about buying notes I seem to find mostly information with a slight negative twist to it.

Usually a seller sell a property subject to because it i giving them a benefit they couldn't otherwise receive (i.e. quick sale or not suffering the impact of no or negative equity).Last but not least we recommend they do not go back to their former lender so as to not invite any potential "due on sale" issues.Hope this helps!

@Gregory Tran - We're working on Negative keywords, and once we have that, you'd add a negative keyword for "Lee" and it won't show.
