Is there a rough and dirty rule for sharing wells and using a common septic for multiple dwellings to ease up on costs and make things for efficient?

So....... with my previous CPA (who has since unexpectedly retired) we did a cost segregation study on an asset that was placed into service in 2021 which broke down the bonus depreciable items into 3 buckets, a 15 year bucket, a 7 year bucket, a 5 year bucket and the rest would be on a 39 year straight line depreciation schedule as it is a short term rental.

My carrier, Mercury, opted not to renew because my buildings turned 60 in 2022 (policy cost = $11K).

Cost of the website was $65,000.  

But, you can't determine quality by simply what they charge.....as there are plenty of terrible agents who also charge a lot.You'll need to determine what value they bring to you personally and do a cost benefit analysis of whether the cost is worth it to you or not.

A whole month in really vested in doing this and here I am today with one contract signed.

Looking at the MLS, 379 MF listings sold in the city of Albany during the last 12 months, compared to city of Schenectady at 241.

As in every case the area, cost, amenities play into scenario.Have never been above 30% in last 12 years, usually at 10%

It would be a house where I could afford the monthly payment without renting by the room. 

My deductible is high, around $4,200.I'm confused about whether I should try to keep the costs under budget and avoid using my insurance.
