I have a friend who uses a mobile notary with his own contracts but he works out of a different state and since Georgia is an "attorney state" the deal can't be closed by a mobile notary.

Most modern, high efficiency gas furnaces (95% AFUE) are direct vent and direct exhaust and do not require a chimney.
