Yes, there are glamorous success stories but think of REI platforms like Instagram. 90% of the time you are only hearing about the glitz and glamour. 

But would you potentially be up for a job running utilities out to a pre-fab or mobile home on a lot w/ existing utilities, or on a lot with existing residential structures, and put something up in the back of the lot?

Realized I should have read the whole thread before replying.Just got done with Mobile Home Wealth Part 2 by Zalman VelvelAlong with Tipping Point by Gladwell, still trying to finish48 Rules of Power by Robert Greene - taken over a year to finish this one and about 70% through.

For my medium term rentals, I don't require an application because I get mostly traveling medical professionals and digital nomads who are screened through the booking platform (hello landing).

Check odesk or a similar platform where you can hire a contractor that is familiar with:A. website designB.

Most all (if not all) of these so-called lead platforms are totally bogus. 

My reading of Dodd Frank found specific mention of "mobile home" lending that had NO exemption from licensing requirements.
