Can someone with experience please advise on how to levy the bank account of a person through the legal system?

To your point - it is actually sad the government can't set up an efficient system so we real estate investors who want to help under-served areas (i.e, Chicago) could do it easier. 

I know I've still got a lot to learn which is why I'm here, but I was hoping to get some advice from people with more experience, especially when it comes to SC taxes and just investing in general. 

It was so shady, since the new Loan Estimate in their system just needed me to view it in order to confirm it.  

I am currently just installing a fence and roads and doing off grid water and power and laying out my system.

Hi All,So we got hit pretty hard from Hurricane Ida and need to replace two full HVAC systems in our Triplex.

@Max Emory Does it make sense to pay a bookkeeper to track your finances in Quickbooks over a shadow system (I use Stessa and a google drive for tracking my finances)? 

Property manager is also arranging a 2nd contractor opinion.As for new units, in my experience, I can get a new 3.5-ton split system either Goodman or Rheem from a source out of state for $2,200.  

Repaired the sprinkler system and revived the dying mature trees on the property.
