it seems that HVA franchisee's like to state "facts" without having the actual data to back up those facts or the logic to realize that they couldn't possibly back up said claimed "facts" with data because there is no data on individual investor results.

logic first, a contractors best guess second....and keep the furnace/electric bills sky high......though if shes like most in Baltimore,shell break into the electric meter to steal it....once caught, cut directly into the service cable wires...once cut at the pole....tap off your neighbors....yeah!!!!!!

If you stick to your guns about how you're simply not renewing the lease, there is no disagreement, you're just not renewing.Theoretically, the same logic would apply to an annual lease, except you have to wait a whole lot longer to not renew the lease.

Big banks managed to exclude themselves from this new regulation following the recession, however, so anyone at B of A or Wells can help you.Makes no logical sense, but there it is.Fun fact:One of my lender buddies used to be at Wells before she was licensed (at the big banks, you need only be "registered," not "licensed"), and at the time they had better rates for CA branches than most of the midwest because of our larger loan amounts here.
