Are there lips where there is a change the height of the surface?

The last thing you want is permanent hard feelings since you neighbor can make your life as a property owner difficult.

But if the build takes +6 months for example and rates change dramatically, then you are stuck with the higher rate. 

I will say that the atmosphere of a property can change within 1 street, so get to know it well or find someone that does.Thanks for asking.
