He's always had that 'hustle', it just took him some years to apply it to legal endeavors like motorcycles and car audio, haha.   

Throw in syndications and private money and you can see the similarities.The reason I bring this up is because it seems like there is a very thin line between legal and illegal practices sometimes especially when it comes to borrowing money or raising money to invest.

Every other post on BP seems to be about "wholesaling" with little thought of legalities, let alone the damage done to the public.

I’m not sure what you mean by ‘tactic’ as there’s a valid inspection period written into your contract that the buyer has to perform their due diligence.You can’t just break the contract and walk away without legal ramifications.
