Your primary website or lead source can be like a circular snowball that grows over time.

What if you use a list provider that doesn't get that specific and only supplies leads by county and not specific zip code, and then you get a call from someone outside that area?

Some light reading online gave me mixed answers as to if you can legally do it anymore.

The last thing you want to do is burn a bridge with an agent that might be a good source of leads down the road.  

Had some trouble finding this information online and I would imagine that people on here have dealt with this issue.

Just like vacuuming your truck your truck is free, contacting the broker online is free.

It helps you get to know the area and creates leads at the same time.

Playing the card shuffle using new cards to pay off old cards may work for a little while but eventually it will just lead to more debt and damaged credit. 

This way, the current deal will lead you into your next deal, and so on.
