Another vote here for Detroit.It seems folks are finally waking up to the progress that's been unfolding there for the last 10+ years.

The ones most impacted by last-minute 1031s are the title company not the QI.

I've done both adjusting and property management and the closest they get to each other is in claims management and calculating loss of rents.
