Of course I don't know that the signature he sends them for the second signature is mine, unless I go to his office and watch him fax it, which is how he said he does it when I asked him....

I hadn't thought about the ones that are "back on the market"... but that's good advice, I'll watch them more closely.I've started walking houses recently and you guys arebright, I went into one that seemed priced pretty reasonably for the area, only to find water damage all over the house... just not in the areas that were photographed....

Watch the blogs and post, learn through discussions.  

As a side note, you should watch the movie "The Founder" ... it is about Ray Kroc and explains how McDonald's is in the REI business, not the burger business ... similar type concept ...

If you can, watch them do the jobs.
