Hello, all.I recently developed a new relationship that has connections to Investors with deep pockets that are looking for ways to invest, in anything.Without going into too many details, these are professional athletes looking to invest without being involved.

I am seeking a Real Estate Agent who has knowledge and experience of working with other real estate investors when it involves the process of  creative investing of wholesaling and flipping properties.

But assuming that once you file it is a quick process of a couple days then it seems it's just an attempt at being equitable to all parties involved....especially the one that is "losing" on the deal.

If there is a lender involved, a vendor's lien will usually be included in that section of the deed as well.
