If I have some cash I'm looking for another property to buy from a motivated seller.

My intention is to understand the trending areas within the country and the factors that are motivating the population increases/decreases throughout the nation.  

@Laurent Meyer no matter what you think of the motives behind the media, government, etc... regarding the pandemic the fact is it is having a real impact on people's lives, their lifestyle and their earnings.

The seller is extremely motivated.

Maybe 5 out of 100 sellers are actually motivated to sell right now so we might as well get through the data sooner rather than later.

Im starting out in Wholesaling and Ive heard about purchasing a motivated seller list I live in Miami, Florida but i have no idea how to purchase one of these lists

I also recently joined an incredible mastermind called M1 that has changed my life.

Given the incredible range of outcomes from 3 months of turbulence, demand is not the driving factor. 

THAT SAID... because the money printer goes BRRRRR, I would not be surprised if section 8 does incredibly well because the government will quickly pay those bills with all these UBI talks going on! 

The seller was motivated so this added to him choosing my deal over others.
